gpoll1452154d8bCafe (coffee, kid friendly beverages), staples from local farmers such as organise milk, cheese, eggs, produce, and then some pharmacy and garden basics too!We wholeheartedly support reopening the store and very much want to see an independent owner invested in the community making it happen, so we can also invest in them!Email hidden; Javascript is required.
gpoll1405d616d8noneLunch/coffee. Fresh produce. Butcher.More important to reopen the Green River Farm store
gpoll14d534cdf8South Williamstown is missing a community gathering spot. Cricket Creek Farm and Field Farm are both places where people can gather, but not in inclement weather and not in the same way Five Corners has allowed these many years. Given its central and highly visible location, having the store be closed for this long is a real detriment to the feel of our community.Coffee and beverages, sandwiches and ready to eat or almost ready to eat food. Dairy products, local foods. Wine and cider would be nice but may be too difficult to get the permitting.Thank you for initiating this! Would so love to see the store back open.Email hidden; Javascript is required.
gpoll14d534cdf8A loss of convenience for unexpected needs ie a gallon of milk, a loaf of bread etc. I also miss the opportunity to meet friends for a meal out on the porch, or a cup of coffee around the long table.coffee, bakery items, sandwiches & soups, wine, grocery staplesEmail hidden; Javascript is required.
gpoll14d534cdf8miss the ability to get sandwiches, coffee and kitchen staplesBasic needs like milk, butter, eggs plus a sandwich/coffee/sweets menu. Take out premade dinners would be nice
gpoll1452154d8bTraveling farther for last minute kitchen staples. We miss the option to buy wine there. And it was an essential stop before we took long drives out of town.Kitchen staples (butter/cheese/fresh produce), lunch and coffee, wine and beer.Email hidden; Javascript is required.
gpoll1452154d8bWhen we moved to South Williamstown a year ago, part of the appeal was having a store/cafe nearby so we would not have to drive all the way into town.Basics found in a atypical convenience store, such as Cumberland Farms, plus deli sandwiches and light meals.I am grateful that you have initiated this survey. I think reviving Five Corners would do wonders for South Williamstown.

gpoll1452154d8bWe would go there several times a week for groceries, meals, coffee, etc. It's an enormous loss.Similar to when it closed (both regular groceries and high-end items, wine, etc.)Please bring back the Store at Five Corners!!!!!!
gpoll1452154d8bNot having a local store to pick up items and the not having the local community gathering spotCoffee, baked goods, general goods, maybe lunch or dinner carry out ( pizzas, sandwiches, pastries)
gpoll14d534cdf8None but I miss meeting friends and others there for coffee or lunch on the porch.Basic food goods, snacks, lunch either there or to go
gpoll1452154d8bWe used to frequent the Store at Five Corners at least 2-3 times/week for coffee, supplies, lunch, etc. It's incredibly disappointing to see this cornerstone of the SWMA community hollowed out. We'd love to see a continuation of the casual eatery concept with to-go offerings and staples.
gpoll14d534cdf8Other stores are quite a distance from us. The store is less than 2 miles from us, it was very convenient.

gpoll1452154d8bstandard grocery items (milk, alternative dairy products, eggs, butter), beer, wine, coffee, sandwiches, soups, simple takeout meals, breakfast sandwichesSomewhat prefer independent store ownership
gpoll14d534cdf8Purchasing last minute items......Buying wine......Finding giftsBread....MIlk........Newspapers
gpoll14d534cdf8Lack of options/convienence/delicisiosness
gpoll14d534cdf8nonetake out food. self serve table seats. wifi. newspapers.SWCA is a nonprofit organization not a marketing group. This survey doesn't ask age info for example which affects income levels and where one shops. It has never in my 25 years been profitable enough to attract and KEEP a family run business. The Roundabout will impact access and parking. I would support a business there.
gpoll14d534cdf8none. covid has changed everything.take out food. self serve table seats. wifi. newspapers.
gpoll14d534cdf8I miss the ambience and pleasure of going and bringing friends.Good prepared food to eat in or to take out.
gpoll1405d616d8Pick up newspaper. Meet friends fir lunch. Get goodies for a Sunday afternoon at Tanglewood. Have a small meeting on the side porch. Get some maple syrup a wonderful place to connect its neighbors and have a conversation with those just passing through.Just the way it was but with fresh baked bread and really good cheese offerings. Really liked the option of fresh meat and fish available from the market behind it. Would that be part of any deal?
gpoll1405d616d8Would like to see the store reimagined in ways that might make it more financially viable.
gpoll14d534cdf8Longer drives for minor purchases.Grab n go sandwiches. Basic provisions. Good pastry and coffee. Good dairy selection. Beer and wine. This is a top priority for our community.
