lack of a close-by store for a few food needs
staples such as flour, sugar, nilk, eggs, canned goods, bread, most important
Could it be part of a tax exempt organisaation?

Miss the convenience of picking up food and coffee there—and the ambiance!
A good deli With sandwiches, cool cuts, pies, salads, etc. Also, a café with coffees, teas, and places to eat. It would be nice if they created some outdoor eating space on a deck or patio. I’d also love it if we could buy fresh meats and fish there, similar to when Mazzio‘s was at the Green River Farms. It’s also nice to have things to put into a gift basket such as unusual products, little delicacies etc.
If it weren’t completely independent, it could be an extension of some thing like Guidos, or even some of the small stores in the hill towns that specialize in organic food and produce, locally made products, etc.

Have to drive far for basic items (milk, eggs, wine)
Would prefer a restaurant or tavern than another overpriced bakery.
Would prefer a neighborhood-friendly restaurant or tavern than another overpriced bakery/“general” store. No one needs $20 bars of beeswax soap and tiny sandwiches take 40 minutes to prepare (maybe tourists?) Can we just get a normal restaurant or grocery store for the community? Or both? Enough with the overpriced precious stuff
