We have some top notch “fixers” lined up for tomorrow who can repair jewelry, leather, wood, and small electrical appliances. We have computer experts to advise you, knife and tool sharpening and darners, knitters and volunteers who can stitch a seam. No bicycle repair — but hopefully next time.
Bring your “fixables” to Repair Café, co-sponsored by South Williamstown Community Association (SWCA) and Williamstown Rural Lands at Sheep Hill on Saturday, September 24, from 1-4 pm.
There will be refreshments and you can make your own reusable shopping bags with materials and grommet machines by the BagShare Project. It keeps all kinds of animal feed and barley bags out of the landfill.
Repair Café is free, although donations are accepted. It’s all about helping our neighbors and helping our planet.
Location: Sheep Hill at 671 Cold Spring Rd, Williamstown, MA
