Bring early apples and some muscles to press cider with SWCA and the Williamstown Rural Lands Foundation at Sheep Hill, 671 Cold spring Road. We expect to have two cider presses, but many muscles are needed to turn the crank. They have to be washed and cut up first. The residue will not go to waste – it will go to local pigs. Bring containers.
