“I was walking on Oblong Road this morning, and there was a dog with a collar but no tag wandering around by himself. He was very sweet and clearly well taken-care of.  The dog was medium sized, black with some lighter coloring.  Looks a little like a smaller German Shepherd.  Very friendly.  Has a tick collar and a regular collar, but no tag.”
