1.5 lbs Ground Beef 1 egg 2 tsp oyster sauce 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup minced onion 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp ground pepper 1/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs Place the ground beef in a mixing bowl. Whisk together the egg, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and peper. Pour over ground beef; add the bread crumbs and onion. Using your hands lightly mix all the ingredients together. **You can try stirring in some Cricket Creek Fresh cheese, Maggie’s Round or Tobasi (or all three) for a super local cheese burger! |
