Dear SWCA Members,
You are invited to our Annual Meeting to be held inside Rhodes Tavern at Waubeeka — 137 New Ashford Road — at 6pm on Monday, June 22, 2026. The meeting will last from 6:00–7:00 p.m. Please arrive promptly.
The evening will feature a comprehensive report of the past year’s activities, insights into our membership and community engagement trends, and—for the first time in the history of the Association—the formal presentation of our annual operating budget.
We will also vote on the incoming 2026 Board Class and take time to recognize and celebrate the service of our departing Board members.
In light of these internal milestones, we are forgoing an outside guest speaker this year to focus on the Association’s growth and fiscal transition. We are excited to present a robust slate of six directors for election to guide us into our next chapter.
Consistent with past meetings, complimentary refreshments will be provided, and drinks will be available for purchase. The Annual Meeting is also an excellent opportunity to renew your annual membership fees to support our ongoing neighborhood programs.
